This is one of the largest online marketplace for finding and hiring Filipino virtual assistants and employees. This is also similar to Upwork, where you can be hired as full-time or part-time employee.
Find profitable niche.
Niche is a place, employment, status, or activity for which a person or thing is best fitted. There are a lot niches for freelancing, such as like Administrative Support, Customer Service, Design and Creative, Finance, Information Technology, Language, Marketing and Sales, Professional Services, and Writing. You need to make sure to choose the right niche for you and master it. Some freelancers are learning it in the Academy, or some are self taught.
Create your own portfolio.
Portfolio is your weapon to showcase your talent and skills that you acquired from school, training or aptitude.
